Macaron fever

I'm trying out hazelnuts for my macaron and I have to say, I think I like it better than almonds. This is my first try at it and I decided to make the flavor chocolate because it's the most obvious thing to do, hahaha, obviously I'm a fan of Nutella. 

The filling is Valrhona chocolate 64% Manjari feves, bourbon and orange zest. I love the contrast but again this is another work in process. No recipe post for this one though because I eventually want to sell them in the future, hopefully soon when everything in my life is settled. For the mean time, I'm just posting a picture just because it's pretty. :-)
